Homebuyer Tax Credit may expanded

1st time home buyer credit, most likely it will be extended until next summer, AND MAYBE, once the house and senate reconcile the different proposals, there will be a $6,500 tax credit for NON-first time buyers! Yea!!! They are also looking at raising the income limits in order to allow more people to qualify for the tax credit. Right now it looks like buyers must have executed purchase agreements in hand by April 30th, and then will have until the end of June to close.
